the GRAY SWIFTPAY FORM, fill it in with the account number
"TRUCKADDONS" and hand it to the clerk, along with your
cash payment in the amount of your purchase. It's that easy!
Your payment is sent within minutes and you will receive
a receipt with a unique tracking number that confirms your
payment. A nominal fee of $6.00 applies per transaction.
