Order Tracking
In most cases, orders placed with CarAddons.com are shipped within 24-48 hours. Please wait 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS (WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS excluded) before calling on the status of your order. Requests for order status BEFORE this time period has elapsed are NOT able to be answered. If your order is placed after 2 PM EST., your order will not be considered "placed" until the following business day.
Shipping Methods

Most of the parts ordered through CarAddons.com are shipped to you via UPS or FedEx, depending on the warehouse it is shipped from. In most cases, this allows you to receive your part within approximately three business days.
Drop Shipments:
If a part is "special ordered" or "factory backordered", it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Due to the nature of special orders, please wait TEN BUSINESS DAYS to request order status on a part that is being shipped from the manufacturer. This allows us to keep our prices low and our shipping times as quick as possible!
Truck Freight:
CarAddons.com prides itself on offering the largest selection of parts on the internet, which includes pieces such as wheel-to-wheel truck steps and one-piece grille guards. Parts such as these are too large to ship via UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges for pieces that require truck freight are NOT included in any "free shipping" specials, and are the responsibility of the customer. Typical common carrier rates are $99.95 - $150.00, with the average of most shipments being approximately $99.95. Furthermore, shipments sent via common carrier typically take longer than UPS or FedEx transit time. Please wait FOURTEEN DAYS before calling in to check status on an order shipping via common carrier.
Second Day Air and Next Day Air:
At this time, we are able to offer expedited shipping through both UPS and FedEx. Shipping rates depend on a number of variables (your location, warehouse location, weight and size of package, time of delivery, etc...). If you would like a quote for expedited shipping on your order, please call our sales staff at 800-388-8637.

Shipping Issues
Truck Freight Shipping Adjustments:
We will make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on truck freight items include the applicable shipping charge. CarAddons.com reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost on your order accordingly. You will be notified of this adjustment by a member of our sales staff.
Damaged Products:
If your product is damages in shipping, you will need to file a damage claim with the SHIPPER, not with CarAddons.com. Shipping companies typically require that damage claims be filed within FORTY-EIGHT HOURS of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials in order to support your shipping damage claim. CarAddons.com will gladly re-ship your part to you, but we are only able to do so after receiving payment from the shipping company on your claim. If your claim is denied by the shipping company, we are NOT able to re-ship the product.
Products Lost in Shipping:
CarAddons.com cannot be held responsible for products lost by a shipping company. It your product is lost in shipping, you will need to file a loss claim with the SHIPPER, not with CarAddons.com. TruckAddons.com will gladly re-ship your part to you, but we are only able to do so after receiving payment from the shipping company on your claim. If your claim is denied by the shipping company, we are NOT able to reship the product.
APO/FPO Shipments:
Shipments to military APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Unless the services are requested and paid for in advance, SIGNATURE TRACKING and ADDITIONAL INSURANCE are NOT provided. The USPS requires that a customer wait THIRTY TO SIXTY DAYS before a loss claim can be filed. CarAddons.com is not responsible for shipments lost by the US Postal Service.

Outside the Continental U.S.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam.
