average of most shipments being approximately $99.95. Furthermore,
shipments sent via common carrier typically take longer than
UPS or FedEx transit time. Please wait FOURTEEN DAYS before
calling in to check status on an order shipping via common carrier.
Day Air and Next Day Air:
At this time, we are able to offer expedited shipping through
both UPS and FedEx. Shipping rates depend on a number of variables
(your location, warehouse location, weight and size of package,
time of delivery, etc...). If you would like a quote for expedited

Freight Shipping Adjustments:
We will make every effort to ensure that product descriptions
on truck freight items include the applicable shipping charge.
CarAddons.com reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost
on your order accordingly. You will be notified of this adjustment
by a member of our sales staff.
If your product is damages in shipping, you will need to file
a damage claim with the SHIPPER, not with CarAddons.com.
Shipping companies typically require that damage claims be filed
within FORTY-EIGHT HOURS of delivery. Please retain all packaging
materials in order to support your shipping damage claim. CarAddons.com
will gladly re-ship your part to you, but we are only able
to do so after receiving payment from the shipping company on
your claim. If your claim is denied by the shipping company,
we are NOT able to re-ship the product.
Lost in Shipping:
CarAddons.com cannot be held responsible for products lost by
a shipping company. It your product is lost in shipping, you
will need to file a loss claim with the SHIPPER, not
with CarAddons.com. TruckAddons.com will gladly re-ship
your part to you, but we are only able to do so after receiving
payment from the shipping company on your claim. If your claim
is denied by the shipping company, we are NOT able to reship
Shipments to military APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.
Unless the services are requested and paid for in advance, SIGNATURE
TRACKING and ADDITIONAL INSURANCE are NOT provided. The
USPS requires that a customer wait THIRTY TO SIXTY DAYS
before a loss claim can be filed. CarAddons.com is not responsible
for shipments lost by the US Postal Service.
