RETURN POLICYWithin 30 (thirty) days of receiving
your order, we will exchange any UNUSED resaleable
item for another item of equal value. If the new item
is of greater value, you will be responsible for any
price difference. If new item is of lesser value,
difference could be subject to a return fee. If return
is due to an error on the part of TruckAddons.com,
we will arrange for return shipping by use of call
tag or shipping return label. We will issue 1 (one)
call tag, and it will be the customer's responsibility
to ensure that the part is ready for pickup. If the
part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes
the customer's responsibility to arrange shipping
back to us, and at NO time will a second call tag
be issued
On all returns in which CarAddons.com is not at fault,
the customer will be responsible for shipping the
part back to us, and there will be no return of freight
on the order. Also, if item is being exchanged, customer
will be responsible for freight charges to ship the
replacement part to the customer.
All
returns without exchange are subject to a return fee,
not to exceed 25% of the purchase price of the item
returned, also with no return of freight charges.
We have lowered our % rate in order to make shopping
with CarAddons.com less difficult. Any order cancelled
is subject to the same return fee. In addition: NO
returns or refunds on installed or used merchandise.
- All returned items MUST have a RGA number
written on the package, items returned without a RGA
number will be refused at time of delivery.
- NO returns or refunds on custom made and developed
products.
- Any products refused upon delivery also subject
to return fee.
- If you have and item that is either lost or damaged
in shipping. Please fill out the returns for and state
what has happened and we will file a damage claim
on your behalf.
- If your part arrives defective, you must make a
claim with the manufacturer directly, in order to
get the product replaced. You may call us to obtain
a phone number for the manufacturer. By clicking on
"Continue" and submitting your order, you
are indicating that you have read and accept the terms
of our return policy.
- When an item is shipped with Free Freight and the
item(s) have to be returned. They will have actual
shipping charges on the return, unless the item(s)
is exchanged with a similiar item(s). Non-exchanged
item(s) will only be credited for difference after
shipping charges are accessed.
- No returns on programmers or electrical items!
- Orders that are canceled will have a $10.00 cancellation
charge.
- The $12.95 handling charge on all orders is nonrefundable.
- Items returned in porr condition or have missing
parts will NOT be credited & may be returned to
you at your expense.
