Shipping -- Why can't
you ship to a seprate address? |
We
prefer to ship only to the billing address that is attached
to your credit card. The reason for this, is because it
is one step toward helping prevent credit card fraud.
If your card is stolen, and someone orders something with
it from us request it be sent to a different address.
We will not ship the item. So this precaution is for your
safety and for ours.
We will ship to a seprate address, but you must first
call your credit card company and have that address added
to your account.

Shipping -- Where do you
ship? |
We
will ship anywhere in the world as long as the consumer
is willing to pay the actual shipping charges. All items
shipped outside the continental U.S. must go UPS or FedEx
via 2nd Day Air. (This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada)

Shipping -- What happens
if an item is lost in shipping? |
We
are not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping.
How ever if the freight company (ex. FedEx or UPS) dems
the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of
the same item. Please remember we will only ship out
a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost.

Shipping -- What happens
if an item is damaged in shipping? |
If
your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact
the shipper (ex. FedEx, UPS) within 48 hours of receiving
the product. At that time you will need to file a damage
claim with the shipper and NOT with us.

Ordering -- Is everything
that is online instock? |
Yes
everything we have online is instock. We have one of the
largest inventories on the internet. We order and dropship
from so many different manufactuers and distribution centers,
that most all UPS and FedEx shippable items are always
instock.

Ordering -- How long will
it take for my order to get to me? |
Most
all orders placed are received by the customer in 3-5
business days. The only time any order may take longer,
is in the event of a back order on a product, item lost
in shipping, or if the customer ordered a product that
had to be shipped via truck freight.

Ordering -- Is my personal/credit
card information safe with your website? |
Yes
all of our customers personal information is totally secure.
Our shopping cart is Verisign certified for safety, and
we do not give out any of your personal information to
any other companies.

Website -- Is the information
listed on your site 100% accurate? |
Although
we check our information very carefully before adding
a product to our website, an occasional error may occur.
Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate
information and are not responsible for typographical
errors.

Returns/Exchange -- How
do I return or exchange an item? |

Warranties -- How do I
claim a warranty issue on an item? |
We
are not responsible for manufacturer warranty and product
defects. Items with defects that are still under warranty,
must be returned to the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties
are for exchange of the item only. No refunds of money
will be given. To get the phone number and address to
the manufacture of the product, please email
us, and we will help you contact them. All shipping
charges to and from the manufacturer are paid by the customer.
