Platinum bulbs combine Star White technology with a high power
XTRA Halogen Bulb for increased performance. This allows the
bulb to emit a beam of light that is whiter and brighter than
standard bulbs of the same style while using less amperage.
PIAA Star White bulbs approach the brightness and intensity
of High Intensity Discharge (HID) lamps of a fraction of the
cost.
These new Platinum Series headlamp bulbs feature our PIAA Star
White Technology, which is SAE approved for light color as well
as DOT approved. Meeting these high standards is critical as
they make our Platinum Series 9000 Style headlamp upgrade bulbs
street legal in all 50 states.
